Homemade Puff Pastry Sticks with Vegan NO CHICK, ALL CURRY HAWAÏ SALAD

Here’s How

1. If frozen, defrost the puff pastry sheets for a few minutes and then cut the slices into 2-centimeter-wide strips.

2. Brush the bars with a little egg and sprinkle some with cumin seeds and a few with sesame seeds.

3. Sprinkle both types lightly with salt and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or Teflon. When picking up the strips, twist them so that you get nice shapes.

4. Slide the baking tray into an oven preheated to 200ºC (forced air). Bake the sticks for 12 minutes until done and golden brown. 5. Allow the puff pastry sticks to cool slightly and serve on a pretty plate.

6. Put the NO CHICK, ALL CURRY HAWAÏ SALAD in a nice dish & serve them together. So simple and so tasty!
