There are thousands of mushrooms out there, but the oyster mushroom does something special: it naturally produces umami; that deep, rich, almost meaty flavor you know from a slow-simmered stew. No tricks. No lab magic. The oyster mushroom is that flavor. And that’s exactly why our spreads taste so convincing: the base does the heavy lifting.

Our oyster mushrooms are grown locally, on a substrate made from agricultural by-products and straw. No pesticides. No hectares of farmland. Hardly any water.
